Delete your GoDukaan account

1. Open GoDukaan.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account (the red row).
4. Read the warning, then tap Delete and Yes, delete forever.

You need an internet connection. The app tells you when the account has been deleted, then clears everything it holds on the phone.

No phone with the app? Verify the mobile number you signed in to GoDukaan with, and delete the account here.

Email support@GoDukaan.in from the mobile number or email address linked to your shop, with the subject Delete my account and your shop code if you know it. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

If you are the shop owner: your account and the whole shop — products, prices, stock, bills, khata (customer credit records), suppliers, purchases, staff list, product photos and the shop's public page. The QR code printed for your shop stops working.

If you are an employee: only your own account and your place on the shop's staff list. The shop and its records stay with the owner.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Records of subscription payments (date, amount and payment reference) are kept for as long as Indian tax or accounting law requires, and are then deleted. Orders that customers placed with your shop stay in those customers' own order history. Nothing else is kept.
