What is GoDukaan?
GoDukaan is a billing, inventory and khata (credit ledger) app for kirana and small retail shops in India. Every shop also gets its own online storefront, which customers open by scanning a QR code on the counter — no app for them to install.
How much does GoDukaan cost?
Free for 30 days with no card or deposit. After that it is ₹30 a month, or ₹300 a year (₹25 a month). Every feature is included, with no setup fee, no charge per bill and no commission on orders.
Does GoDukaan take a commission on orders?
No. GoDukaan charges ₹0 commission on every order. Customers pay the shop directly by cash or UPI; GoDukaan never touches the money.
Does the billing app work without internet?
Yes. Billing, stock and khata work fully offline and sync when the phone is back online. If the phone cannot reach the internet, there are seven days of grace before anything pauses.

Which phones does GoDukaan work on?
The GoDukaan Shop app runs on Android 8 and above. The customer storefront works in any phone browser, and a customer app is available for Android, with iOS to follow.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your stock, khata, sales and reports stay yours and remain readable, and you can back them up any time. Only new bills, item changes and the storefront pause until you recharge. Nothing is ever deleted for non-payment.
How do I delete my GoDukaan account?
In the app go to Settings → Delete my account, or verify your mobile number at godukaan.in/delete-account, or email support@GoDukaan.in. For a shop owner this deletes the shop and all its data.
